We would like to share the following information as a result of our discussions with the Hacoo team regarding users experiencing issues with the application:
1. For Existing Users: If you have previously purchased and used the application but it is currently not working, here is the response given: "our system detect an anomaly with the users, so their accounts are restricted from purchasing“.
2. For First-Time Users: If you are trying to use the application for the first time and it is not working, please carefully follow the steps in the video. If you still experience issues after following these steps, it may be helpful to try on another phone.
